Corporate Sailing/BoatingEvent:

PHOTOboat is a company that specialises in photographing corporate yacht and boat events. We provide a service that will leave you with a lasting memory of your day spent on the water.
 
We can offer a number of digital photographic packages, including a slideshow displaying all the day’s action or, we can show the slides during a dinner following the event. We have found that previous clients have thoroughly enjoyed this display, and have often used some of the photographs for their corporate publications as well as for private enjoyment. Clients can also purchase prints of photographs taken during the day, up to A3 size from our web site. It’s cheap and easy to do.

We like to remain as flexible as possible in order to provide what the customer would like, but as a guide, we have created the packages detailed below:

Packages:

• Engagement fee including the first hour of photography £300. This can include quayside shots and/or on the water action. (Up to 60 boats).
• Half day (3 hours) - £250 plus engagement fee.
• Full day (8 hours) - £450 plus engagement fee.
• Slide show at the end of the day - £60 set-up, plus cost of equipment hire. This includes a CD containing screen resolution copy of photographs (72pdi), taken on the day free of charge.  Additional copies of CD’s at £10 each (72pdi).
• Minimum of 100 high quality digital photographs.
• Free online gallery.
• High quality, low cost prints, posters and gifts available via online gallery.

Extra:

• A3 size calendars of the client’s design, featuring 12 photographs of the day’s action:

20 x calendars @ £24 per calendar incl. VAT
50 x calendars @ £19.50 per calendar incl. VAT
100 x calendars @ £16.50 per calendar incl. VAT
